Winter Red Soup

INGREDIENTS

PREPARATION

  1. In a medium sized saucepan, simmer your veggies in Olivus Floris Garlic, Rosemary & Chili Extra-Virgin Olive Oil ’til golden.
  2. Add 6 cups of water and bring to a boil for about 25 minutes, until tender.
  3. Lastly, add 1 1/2 cup of coconut milk and simmer for about 15 minutes.
  4. Blend.
  5. Decorate with a small pinch of black pepper and a drizzle of Extra-Virgin Olive Oil.
