INGREDIENTS
- 700g salmon fillets
- 3 teaspoons of Olivus Floris Oregano Infused Olive Oil
- A teaspoon of butter
- A squeeze of lemon
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- Salt to taste
- Black ground pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
Marinate your salmon with garlic powder, a squeeze of lemon and Oregano infused Olive Oil. Add salt and ground pepper to taste. Let it rest at least half an hour.
Cook in a hot grill drizzling a few drops of Oregano Olive Oil for about three minutes. Serve with some herbs and a salad of your choice.

It is crucial that your salmon is fresh to absorb all the flavors, especially the oregano. If your salmon is frozen, please allow it to defrost slowly in the fridge.
