Garlic, Chili and Rosemary Hummus

THE EASIEST RECIPE OF A GREAT, HEALTHY, SMOOTH AND CREAMY DIP WITH FLAVORED OLIVE OIL FOR A BOLDER KICK. THE RECIPE ITSELF CAN BE CHANGED, AS WELL AS CONDIMENTS, BUT TAHINI IS FUNDAMENTAL TO MAKE HUMMUS.

  1. Grind the chickpeas with tahini, lemon juice and water. Season with salt, pepper, and cayenne and blend until smoothish or plain smooth, adding drops of water as needed as well as lemon juice.
  2. Spread the Garlic, Chili & Rosemary hummus in a serving bowl. Add a generous drizzle of Olivus Floris Extra-Virgin Olive Oil. Heat a frying pan to lightly toast some pine nuts. Add the toasted pine nuts as a topping. Serve with plain bread or crostinis.
