WHY CHOOSING COLD PRESSED EXTRA-VIRGIN OLIVE OILS?
Hand-selected olives are cleaned to remove impurities such as twigs, leaves and stems, as well as rocks, dirt or others nature’ gifts. Through a mill, olives are crushed into a paste to tear its flesh and release its golden and pure juice.
Rigorous standards are followed: the olive paste is stirred along forty long minutes or more and centrifuged to separate the richness of the oil from the water and its flesh, to excel quality and maximize its flavor and texture.
